The Xiong'an Artificial Intelligence Research Institute was jointly established by Xiong'an New Area and a research team led by Academician Yao Qizhi and Academician Zhang Yaqin from Tsinghua University. It was officially inaugurated in June 2025, positioned as the original innovation source and technology achievement accelerator for AI in Xiong'an. It builds a "1+6 public R&D platform," focusing on cutting-edge fields such as embodied intelligence, intelligent driving, smart IoT, and AI security, serving as the core hub of the AI industry ecosystem in Xiong'an New Area.

• Modular installation and partial quick-replacement design, meeting the needs of later-stage maintenance and flexible adjustments in large research spaces;
• Steady and minimalist color schemes and textures, highly consistent with the modern, minimalist, and tech-driven interior style of the AI Research Institute.
The project was successfully completed and put into use in 2026, with an overall flooring effect that is neat, unified, and premium in texture, earning recognition from the project owner and the user team. This implementation is not only a landmark project for Kenfu in a national-level science and technology innovation park but also demonstrates Kenfu's product strength and service capability in high-end commercial, research office, and large public space applications.
